Booking:
All bookings for gymnastics classes at Happy Place Club are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, by whatsapp or email.
Before attending your first session, please confirm that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a booked gymnastics class, please let us know as soon as
possible. Course and class fees are non-refundable.
In case of class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor
illness, facility issues), we will make every effort to reschedule the class or provide a
credit or refund.
Arriving and Leaving Class:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled gymnastics class to ensure a smooth start
and to avoid disruptions. Children should be dropped off by parents at the door.
Parents are not permitted to observe the class.
Late arrivals may miss warm-up activities and can disrupt the flow of the class. Late
arrivals may not be permitted to join the class.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of their class to ensure their safety
and allow for the next class to begin on time.
Parking:
There are parking spaces in the lot marked ‘reserved’ which are for other businesses
and residents sharing the parking lot with us. Please DO NOT park in these reserved
spaces, as they are designated for the use of residents. Please do not block other
vehicles or park in a manner that obstructs the flow of traffic in the parking lot.
Disruptive and Inappropriate Behavior:
We expect all participants to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards
instructors, staff, and other participants.
Disruptive behavior, use of offensive language, or any behavior deemed
inappropriate may result in the participant being asked to leave the class or the
facility.
Persistent disruptive behavior may result in the termination of enrollment without
refund.
Illness:
If your child is unwell, please refrain from bringing them to gymnastics class to
prevent the spread of illness to others.
If your child becomes ill during class, we will isolate them and contact the designated
emergency contact person to arrange immediate pick-up.
Holidays:
Classes missed due to holidays will not be refunded.
Disabilities and Medical Conditions:
We welcome participants with disabilities or medical conditions, subject to our ability
to provide appropriate accommodations.
Please inform us of any disabilities or medical conditions during the booking process
and before attending class, so that we can assess the feasibility of accommodating
the participant’s needs. Please let us know any time if any conditions change.
Accepting the Risk Associated with this Activity:
Participating in gymnastics classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited
to falls, injuries, and accidents.
By enrolling in our gymnastics classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks,
and agree to release Happy Place Club and its staff from any liability for any injuries
or accidents that may occur during classes.
First Aid:
We have trained staff on-site who can administer basic first aid in the event of minor
injuries.
In case of a medical emergency, we will seek appropriate medical assistance and
contact the designated emergency contact person.
Photography:
Happy Place Club may occasionally take photographs or videos during classes or
events for promotional purposes.
By participating in our gymnastics classes, you grant Happy Place Club permission
to use such photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Waiver:
Prior to participating in gymnastics classes, all participants (or their legal guardians)
must confirm in writing that they acknowledge the risks associated with the activity
and releasing Happy Place Club from any liability for injuries or accidents by
confirming that they have read, understood and agree to these terms and
conditions.
By enrolling in gymnastics classes at Happy Place Club, you agree to abide by these
terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms,
and to seek clarification from our staff if needed. These terms and conditions may be
updated periodically, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
